Welcome to Zintract ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us"). Zintract is a digital platform that connects creators and brands through task-based campaigns and content engagement activities. By accessing or using Zintract, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zintract You must provide accurate and complete information You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
Creators can: Participate in campaigns, Complete tasks, Submit proof of completion, Earn rewards after verification
Vendors can: Create and manage campaigns, Set budgets and task requirements, Review creator submissions, Approve or reject task completion
Users must register with valid details One person should not create multiple accounts We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information
Users agree NOT to: Engage in fraudulent activities Submit fake or misleading task proofs Misuse campaigns or exploit the system Violate any applicable laws Interfere with platform operations
Creators must follow campaign instructions accurately Submissions are subject to verification and approval Rewards are credited only after successful verification
Earnings depend on task completion and approval, No guaranteed income is promised, Processing times may apply for payouts
Vendors must fund campaigns in advance, Payments are used to compensate creators and platform fees
Zintract offers optional subscription plans for creators and vendors. Subscriptions may provide access to premium features Plans are auto-renewable unless cancelled Users can manage subscriptions through app store settings No refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by law
Campaign payments by vendors are generally non-refundable once initiated Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at our discretion Subscription cancellations will apply from the next billing cycle
Users retain ownership of their submitted content By submitting content, you grant Zintract a limited license to use it for platform operations, campaign verification, and promotional purposes Users must not upload content that infringes on third-party rights
We reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations Remove content that violates guidelines Withhold earnings in case of fraud or abuse
Zintract is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for: Loss of earnings due to rejected tasks Technical issues or downtime Actions of third-party users (creators or vendors)
Your use of Zintract is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Zintract may integrate with third-party services (payment providers, analytics tools). We are not responsible for their practices or policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
